Action Plan Vision
I am lucky to work with a staff that shares a lot of the same vision. I do know that we have the same vision, but we sometimes disagree on how to get there. I feel like I have done many action research plans in the past, it just was not official. I feel like many of my co-workers have the same vision as me, its just we see getting there in a different way. The nice thing about making a action plan is that it gets everyone on the same page of how to reach the goal the same way.
